Other improvements include 2 x 25hp Yamaha 4 stroke outboards purchased in 2005, a sounder, marine radio, sensor light, 2 water tanks that hold a total of 960 litres of fresh water, a rear deck area with bbq and fish cleaning board plus a ladder to assist when getting in and out of the water.

Weighing approx. 10 tonne the houseboat is registered until 12/10/2017 and has 240/12v with on shore power facilities, fuel tanks in each hull that hold a total of 158 litres, 2 house batteries + 2 start batteries, an invertor plus 1 solar panel. It also includes all furnishings, decor, linen and kitchenware plus life jackets and a life ring.

Last out of the water in late November 2015, when it was anti-fowled just before being put back in.
